On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, Prof. Malte Drescher, President of RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, opened the new adventure playground “KITZLAND” on the university sports grounds at the Kaiserslautern campus.
The playground was partly co-financed by the SFB-TRR 195, as it serves as an outdoor parent-child space (read here for more information)
Max Sprenger, Head of University Sports at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, initiated the construction of “KITZLAND”.
